Operator injured on duty Unfair treatment

My husband Isaac, was injured on duty whilst he was serving as a dump truck operator for Plant Index. He was admitted at Lesedi hospital. The part of a finger was removed as the mine made him perform certain duties he wasn't trained for. He had not received a training for the machine he was operating. Other interns were trained a day after this occurrence. He was not compensated for the injury nor retained permanently by the mine. Please intervene I am sure that he was supposed to be compensated for the part of the finger which he lost.
