No refund with poor customer service
Probably the worst experience ever for doing business. Still haven't received back my money for a refund as he never could deliver. Promises were made that I would have been refunded a week a go now stating will it will be done in 1-2 working days. If I read the reviews seems to me it wasn't only me which was con by this Anthony guy, maybe it's time to involve other parties and close off this business.

We apologize for the bad experience; however, it seems the water truck was delivered to your site, but you just couldn't accept it because we had brought our own water. We had documentation proving the water was safe to drink, after waiting an hour on site we then decided to remove our truck. We have charged you for the wasted day, we'll reimburse the balance of R 2,118 left to your account later this afternoon.
