I rented a boom lift

On 10/05/2024 I rented a boom lift to do some tree work on a mountain little did I know we were unable to use lift since on the mountain ground s unlevel which we explained to the sales person which knew nothing exactly what she was a person to take my money. We did not use the machine at all due to being afraid of flipping it. They charged us for a day and refunded the balance. R 6,800 washed down the drain as their machine did nothing but stand!
