I recently hired an excavator for a project

I recently hired an excavator for a project, and while the machine itself did the job, there were definitely some issues that left me frustrated.

First off, the equipment arrived late, which set my whole schedule back. I had planned everything around the delivery time, but I had to adjust and wait longer than expected. Not ideal when you’re trying to stick to a tight timeline.

Once it was here, the excavator worked as expected, but the condition of the machine wasn’t great. It had some visible wear and tear, and a couple of the controls were a little sticky, which made it harder to operate smoothly. It didn’t affect the job too much, but it was annoying.

The service itself was okay, though the communication could have been better. I had a hard time getting through to someone when I had questions, and it felt like I was left to figure out a lot on my own.

In the end, the job got done, but the experience was less than stellar. I’d consider using this company again, but I’m hoping they improve their reliability and customer service moving forward.
