Hired a Boom Lift

Hired a lifter was supposed to be on premises at 9am Friday delivery but had been cancelled by someone in your office and after several phone calls didn’t turn up until nearly 1pm and then wasn’t collected for this afternoon after off hire. Customer service representative’s were about as much useless and the boys/men were especially unprofessional.
