Highly Disappointed. Headache chasing for YOUR money back.

Writing this on the 29th of September, I requested my refund on the 19th of August. When I started making contact, Anthony was so helpful and would pick up my calls immediately. Unfortunately, they just couldn't commit to bringing their trucks after I made payment, until I asked him to just refund me so I can try a different company. Now that I am trying to get my money back from them, my calls don't get answered, when he does eventually take my calls all he says is "I'll call you right back" then hangs up, but he never does. I took some time to go to the address on their website, they aren't even there. Maybe the experience was good for others, but definitely not for me. For all new people in this space, do not pay before meeting the person and seeing the trucks.
