We went to their branch to view plant. Once we got to the service station and the lady there was a lot more concerned with what was happening on the phone than with helping us, we ended up not hiring the machines we wanted. As if that poor service wasn't enough, we were kept waiting for an hour before we we got any assistance. So we thought okay we're never going back to that branch. But wait it gets worse...We reached out to their consultant to get a quote for rental, so we're told to look for Nomsa, and she'll assist us. We find this person and told her what we wanted, Yet another annoyed sales consultant busy on her phone! These idiots just dont know what customer service is. Take your business elsewhere. Or they'll waste your time, Just to get **** service from people who don't want to work
