Disappointed with the overall experience. The loader I rented arrived late and had clear signs of wear — including a leaking hydraulic hose that should’ve been caught during inspection. I lost valuable time waiting for a technician to come out and make temporary repairs. While the staff was polite, the equipment reliability just wasn’t there. For the price, I expected much better maintenance and support. Likely won’t rent from here again unless improvements are made
