Damaged Driveway

Got my driveway damaged by one of their operatives whilst removing a skip that was sitting on my driveway for over 2 weeks. When I reached out to the administrative team to have the matter dealt with, I was told they're not responsible for any damages caused. After sending a formal notice to take legal actions, I was contacted by Anthony, asking to come and fix my driveway. I don't know of Plant Index being a construction company so I refused. He further refused to compensate for the invoice from my builder. The matter is now before the courts.
