Customers beware!

I hired a TLB for 3 days. I believe that would be 72 hours but no, I got charged for 27 hours/3 days. It was delivered on Monday at 12 noon and was collected on Wednesday at 13:15 pm. That is not 3 days on hire. Their response was that they charge 9 hours a day and 24 hours. I was only 1.5 hours short of 3 days so tough! Customers beware!
