Bulldozer came without a ripper

I ordered a Bulldozer with the ripper, I clicked on this particular dozer and paid the money. In addition, I talked to their consultants, to confirm delivery of the equipment and the time. He informed me I would receive my equipment at the designated time. When the equipment arrived it DID NOT have the ripper, in which I could not do the job i needed to do. They charged me R 480 PH for 6.0 hours of usage. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Their customer service is horrible!!!!!
