Broken whacker deemed useable

Hired a whacker for 1 day. Engine failed after only a few hours, engineer arrive to change pull cord as well but did not start. Returned the following day but refund refused as it was still deemed "useable" despite the core element, then engine, not working.

Will not be using this company in future due to poor customer service.
