Booked a crane

I had booked the crane for the weekend to carry out the required works. On Tuesday (the day before delivery) I was contacted by Index Plant Hire to advise that they were unable to deliver the equipment as an existing client still required this! When I explained that was not my problem it was theirs to sort out I was given two alternatives – refund or book next week, as I explained that what guarantee could they give me for the plant to arrive next week if they couldn’t get it for me when it was originally booked. They now sent me a smaller machine to site which just arrived today. It cant do the job i want and they charged me transport for it. Can someone call me from their customer care to help sort this out
