Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. I would never use this company again. I emailed the company to make a complaint about the person I was dealing with. First of all their machine damaged the paving and i had instructed the operator to drive on the tyres we provided but he decided to drive the machine across the paving, damaging it in the process. Only to be told that the complaint would be passed to the person I had made the complaint about, to deal with. Quite unbelievable.
