Pcf engineering have paid plant index R15000 for the hire of a cherry picker. On the day we were supposed to get the machine it was in the workshop . We had to hire it from another company . They paid back R6000 but for the last 2 months we are promised payment each Friday but never receive payment . All we get are empty promises
