Exceptional customer service and a premium product

I cannot recommend them enough. The planner itself is a high-end product and it really is beautiful and of exceptional quality, but their customer service is what really stands out. I ordered a planner a bit late for Christmas delivery and when I realised it might not arrive on time, I sent them an email. They went out of their way to get it to me, eventually personally delivering it to my house on Christmas eve. The personal care and attention I received was phenomenal and I will definitely buy from them again
