SHOCKING SERVICE FROM PLAN MY POWER

Hello Peter<br> On 25/03/2014 Dawie from Plan My Power came to fetch our unipower unit to check and repair it. He found that the motherboard was blown which he replaced and serviced the alternator & Refitted unit to rig.It worked until 30/06/2014. When the unit stopped working, Dawie came to the rig & said the motherboard was blown again. They again charged me for a new motherboard.Unit worked with alot of tripping & had to be reset continually. Finally on 26/09/2014 it stopped working all together and Plan My Power has had the unit since.<br> Dr Gawie van der Merwe said that he tested it and there was nothing wrong with the unit, and said that they don't really repair them and that he was just doing us a favour. This was just after we recently spent the odd R6000.00 rand for the new motherboards.<br> When this unipower doesn't work we have to hire a welder generator which costs a fortune.<br> It's impossible to get hold of Gawie or Geoff. Florence answers the phones & constantly reassures me that they will get back to me, to no avail.<br> Neither Gawie nor Jeff takes or returns any calls that I have made over the past months.
