Plankton.mobi WORST service and rip-off

At the Mumford and Sons concert in Cape Town I was forced to buy one of the Plankton preloaded cards worth R200. They have NO other options. The girl who sold me the card assured me I can get a full refund of the value I don't use. I only wanted a water and a drink so afterwards I mailed Plankton asking how do I get a refund AFTER I sms'd my card number and followed the instructions which did not deliver anything.<br> <br> After about 3 or 4 weeks of mailing endless queries and asking for my refund, they came up with poor excuses and a R90 refund which is completely not what I am entitled to. <br> <br> It was the smalles job in the world, to check their system, check my card number, see what my refund should be and send a ****** SMS to the value of that card's number. <br> <br> Worst service ever!!! They are trying to ***** from people who HAVE TO SUPPORT their stupid system because there's no other option at these concerts. Imagine all the refunds they don't pay out. <br> <br> I will never ever support your service again and I will share my experience to as many people as I can. I am in the same industry where advertising can do you as much harm as good.
