Plankton.mobi staff useless
<p>To all who go to a concert, NEVER get a Plankton card for buying food and drinks. I went to the Mumford and Sons concert in JHB at the beginning of 2016 where they charged me R10 for the card, I bought 2 waters for R20 in total leaving me with R70 from the R100 I had given. I got an sms saying I had R50 to draw from the card - I am no Math boff but that does not add up. I then phoned and emailed an emplyee of Plankton, Yolande Genade who stilll to this day has rep**** saying she will assist and has not after countless emails from myself. I then asked to deal with another person as she is never available, he was very nice and said he would assist. It has now been a month after he said he would help and even after me emailing him asking what the update is I had no reply. I have just called him now and he said he would call me back on the landline as I called his cell - guess what - no call. I am utterly frustrated with this company keeping the money that I owe and treating me so terribly.</p>
