No refund on cashless card

I cannot get Plankton.mobi to refund me my money from a cashless card purchased for the OppiKoppi festival in August 2015. I followed all instructions and sms'ed the bar code to the relevant number. Received a sms back saying that I will get refund in 2-3 weeks, never happened. Emailed Karli Engelbrecht and have been blatantly ignored. Had no option but to get pushy with her to make sure MY money was refund to which she basically imp**** that this is not her problem and has not respond to my e-mails since.
