Never received cashless card reimbur*****t at OppiKoppi. THEY OWE ME MONEY!!!

Ticket prices were reduced half way through the sales period and everyone who had already paid the more expensive orgional price were told they would be re-imbursed with a cashless card with the difference to spend at the festival. I never received my contactless card because Plankton.mobi never credited me for it. Further more when I tried to email them and organise a refund of the money (I'm a student. thats a lot of money for me), they dont respond at all. Apparently from all the reviews, I am not the only one struggeling with this!
