Wits planetarium service sucks. Don't waste your time!!!

Very disappointed 😞 Sent numerous emails and tried contacting wits digital dome. Till today never got a response back. My hubby and I both attended are wits alumni and wanted to take our learners to see the upgraded digital dome. Finally got ahold of some lady who told me it's too expensive I must book on the Friday night show as it costs R1500. Asked her to speak to professor or Constant guy to get the venue for R1200. She didn't even both to come back. She told me to join another homeschool group in July when its school holidays. Wits University I don't know who this service is for because the people in the digital dome don't respond to emails, don't ask phone calls. What is the point of this service if it doesn't help young learners. Very sad as I wanted my learners to experience the updated planetarium.
