Thanks to Nolwazi but I'm still not sure with placing another order
I had the worst first time experience with planet 54, I placed my order on the 1st of September but received them yesterday the 07 October I had to wait for 4 weeks only to find out that my parcel were lost and send to the wrong address. If i hadn't made any means of contacting them they wouldn't do anything. Now Nolwazi Mkhize came to the rescue and helped me with the lost parcels until she made sure that I receive them even though I did not order things i want but Nolwazi helped me.... I wish to order again but scared on what might happen next

We humbly apologize for the inconvenience caused. This matter was escalated with the courier company since their vehicle was highjacked with your parcel in it. I can assure you that this was the first time we experienced something like this. Kindly give us another chance to prove ourselves to you. The event that occurred was unforseen.
