Terrible service and parcel never delivered

Very terrible service received, ordered around the 26th and parcel still has not been delivered cause they wrote the wrong delivery address and they refuse to assist with giving me a refund or following up with Aramex, they are telling me a nonsensical story about covid and delays at this time.
