Slow delivery resolved
I ordered on the 15th December, I was so worried after 4 days of an order I haven't received any tracking number. I sent an email regarding my order. The lady named Bonisiwe rep**** and she was so helpful until she sent me tracking number after respectful back n forth of emails, frustration emails but at the end I got tracking number...thank you so much Bonisiwe for your patience and understanding my frustration. 100% thumbs up
