Planet54 has the most pathetic service.
I placed an order and did not receive all my items and can't get any feedback from the. No HELP from HELPdesk or from anyone. They send emails about your P54 points but its know where to be found.

I am doing a follow up on this query I have checked on the system and I can see that the query was resolve a store credit was allocated to you via email.
