Can someone please help me get hold of them!!.. Ive ordered items from then on the 29th of November.. And we are at the 10 the of December already!!!.. When I go to help desk I leave messages no one replies no one gets back to me... When I phone no one answers they transfer me to answering voice the whole time... If I want to track my order it keeps on saying unavailable.. If spend so much money and I baught it for Christmas presents!!!
