Pathetic service

This is the worst online shopping service ever. I placed an order for the first time in the beginning of December 2021 and only got it end of December. I was unsatisfied with the order and still am, but because you decided to deliver it late, I'm too late for returns.

Once again I Now placed an order in the middle of December and still I have not received anything. I don't know if it's a problem with Planet 54 or they just invested in poor delivery company , at Aramax. This is now pathetic guys. How do you expect to acquire and keep customers if all of us are complaining about the lack of delivery. Please bring my order *** or refund me . I will never again order with you guys !!! Unless I don't know what
