It was my first time using planet 54 and im highly satisfied. I only ordered my sneakers this past Sunday of which Monday was a public holiday so its not counted,and today on Friday i've received my sneakers in good condition and the correct size. Their call centre always rep**** to my calls and emails this past days as i was tracking my order. I will definitely use them again. THUMBS-UP
