I made an order and never received the order confirmation details. After a few days, i called Planet54 and spoke to a lady anmed Nolwazi who immediately assisted me with the order confirmation details. It didnt take any more days afterwards and today i received my order. The service was exceptional and for an online store i have to applaude on how you deal with your customers. Thank you so much for your assistance
