I requested a refund for shoes that didn't fit
I requested a refund for shoes that didn't fit. I was helped by Lelethu, who was very friendly, helpful and professional. The item was logged, picked up and the refund was processed without any hassels. Will definitely shop here again because of pleasant experience and excellent customer service.
