Excellent Service

I placed an order online, planet54 on the 28th of December and ever since been having trouble tracking my order as half the time the phone is engaged or rings and no one answers. If I was lucky and they answered my call , everytime someone will promise to call me back but never happens, you send emails and no one bothers to respond up until I was lucky enough to get hold of Naomi on Tuesday 12 December, she has been so helpful and went out of her way to try and assist me and eventually today I received an email that my goods have been dispatched... I so wish all the other staff can as helpful.
