Excellent Customer experience

Last week I purchased 2 pairs of shoes. When it was delivered, the boxes were completely damaged.

I emailed amd called them immediately. A lovely lady name Thoko handled my query with such professionalism and kindness. She listened and immediately found a solution. I am so impressed by Planet 54 more especially Thoko.
