DISSAPOINTING FIRST IMPRESSIONS
I'm an avid online shopper and have never regretted it. And now a first timer with PLANET54.COM. I'm sooooo disappointed. I'm definately not buying from them again. An entire week since I placed my order the status of the order is still UNFULFILLED. WHY? WHAT"S THE HOLD-UP????

Unfortunately due to the backlog of orders that occurred during our Black Friday Month, there was a delay in delivery and for that, we sincerely apologize for such an experience.
