Disgusting customer and quality service

I wrote and sent the below email to planet54 regarding the quality of the shoes I received and included pictures of the shoes ...its been 4 days and I still have no herd 1 word back...

Good afternoon,

I purchased 5 pairs of shoes on the 24.1.2022 to which they were believed to me on the 31.1.2022 I wore the first shoe( black strappy high heel) on the 2.2.2022 to which both the heels have come off. I wore the 2nd pair today (white wedge heel) 7.2.2022 to which at mid day the strap pulled loose. I work in a carpeted office which as you can see from the souls of the shoes have not been miss treated or stuff marks.

Is this the normal quality to be expected from Planet54? I am a single mom and spent a lot of money to purchase these shoes! i am absolutely disgusted at the quality I chose these specific shoes to match outfits and now I can't use them again. When I bought I was expecting to use the shoes 6 to 8 months not a week from purchase or one ware and throw away.
