You are about to lose clients. Reitumetse is bad news

Utterly unacceptable behavior. No telephone etiquette. Rude to her core. Remove the ****** Reitumetse from the list of your personnel calling customers. She failed to give me her surname . She just calls me with this ugly attitude, without explaining the reason for her call and asking me to have my payment done. I told her that I have made my payment already and I make payment every month around the 15th and she continued talking to herself as if I do not exist nor still on the phone with her. She insisted that she will not give me her surname and that she is the only Reitumetse in the company and does not see any reason to leave me with her surname. You will lose customers due to her attitude!
