WRONGFULLY ARREARS ALLOCATION ON RENTAL

I am writing on this platform about this mentioned company for the second time. still there is no positive outcome, i am very frustrated i have had a rental agreement with this car and have cancelled as my contract was allowing, followed all the necessary procedures, duly paid everything i was owing, received a settlement letter, to my surprise until today it still appears as if i am in arrears i still owe the company, this has badly affected my credit score, i am trying to buy a and this seems to be blocking me. the lady by the name Bianca has tried to assist and promise that its will be sorted that was last year, .i waited from last year until February 2025, then March I sent the company to informing them that it was not sorted out, there was no response, i again emailed them today and still no response.

I regret to have dealt or used their services Planet 42 seemingly does not have best interests of their clients, i will not recommend this company anywhere.
