Worst service ever!

Possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Aftee receiving an approval on a vehicle, it's taken almost an entire month to get follow up feedback from this pathetic company. Getting hold of someone for one thing is practically impossible, emails and whatsapps go unanswered until I follow up again. They do not answer their phones and after eventually getting a whatsapp message back, they tell me to follow up with the dealer directly for so called "outstanding documents". The dealer informed me they had submitted all documents to Planet42 but on further investigation, planet42 allocated these documents to an incorrect application. Not only is this truly pathetic service, and very poor feedback, if they've assigned my documents to an incorrect account or application, they're also violating the POPI act. Honestly, what an absolute nightmare to deal with and despite calling all day, emailing them and sending whatsapps, i am yet to receive feedback.
