They are the worst! I paid the Car since Feb22 and the car broke in the first 2 weeks. I had to pay the car for 6 months not using or driving it. I cancelled the agreement and had to pay a penulty installment. Arranged to pay it off for I couldn't afford it. When I check my credit score I am all of a sudden in arrears with 9 months. But I got the car only in Feb22? How does this work???
You cant call them. Only communicate via email? Can't we make a case against them? The info that they give through is false and now it reflects that I am a bad payer?

As advised on email, you are liable for a cancellation penalty as per the signed rental agreement.
We will not cancel the debit order until the settlement is paid in full.
On the email sent to you we have advised what amount is still outstanding.
