It is impossible to get through to them.all the phones are just ringing.emails not answered, WhatsApp messages not answered.this is really a very bad company to get involved with.your life will be standstill awaiting for simple call to be answered. I have been calling to request a settlement letter is day 3.nk one is responding to anything. And yet when it suit them they will send you a whatsup threatening to send your account to external collection.hkw am I supposed to settle it I can't even receive a damn settlement letter.they are really disgusting.their service are the worse
