WORST COMPANY WITH APPALLING SERVICE AND ADMINISTRATION!!

If I could give this company -10, I would. They are the worst and do not even care! At first they seem convenient but shame!!!

I bought a vehicle and got stuck with it on the second day. It didn't start when prompted and showed various problems on the dashboard screen such as engine malfunction and the vehicle needing service. But according to the service book, it had been serviced a day before I took possession of it.

It inconvenienced me so much and I had commitments with my daughter for an extra mural concert. I waited more than 2 hours for road assistance and the vehicle was delivered to their Menlyn branch.

They were not showing any signs of concern, remorse or even empathy and the eagerness to assist. I canceled the contract on the spot as the vehicle was not reliable and theycannot deal with customers or the inconvenience cause. I then requested a refund for a deposit but they refused.

All this was followed by numerous calls from me to them to follow up on my refund, needless to say I struggled to get hold of them and when I did, they point blank said I cannot get my refund and would have to pay a cancelation fee. I spoke to different people at the Retentions/Cancelation division but cannot be given contacts of Management...

They had the nerve to deduct my account with the initial installment on inception of the contract. They further called to tell me "my" disc was ready for collection, 3 weeks after cancelation!! But no call about the vehicle which is with them but expect me to pay for it, even with the cancelation!! 😡😡

I incurred costs I had not planned for as a result of their unreliable vehicle and now I must fight for them to get their administration in order!!! THEY ARE THE WORST!!!
