Worst company, client service and extremely disappointed.

I am still shocked about the experience i am having with this company. Word of advise to anyone considering them, is to stay far away from this company. At first i was all excited about finally having the car; but little did i know i was walking into a lion's den.

The day after receiving the car, the handbrake did not function and i immediately notified them. Before the end of the month, the vehicle had a complete breakdown while i was driving it, with my daughter in it. It was then towed to an auto centre. With no communication of how or when i am receiving the vehicle, i made constant follow ups and received the worst client service one can think of. I then notified them that i need the car before a certain day as i have an appoint about ****m away and still nothing happened and i ended opting for public transportation. There is no alternative transportation from them, whereas you are paying a full amount of rental.

I am still without a vehicle till this day, as they can not "deliver" vehicle to me, whilst I stated that I am in no position to get to the auto centre.

When I notified them that i would like to terminate the agreement, i am being threatened to pay 6 months worth of rent, plus penalties, whereas their sales person told me I can cancel the agreement at anytime if I am not satisfied.

Hence, i would advise anyone going into agreement with this company to be extra careful, because they are not what they are selling to you.
