Worse service ever

Worse service provider ever. Planet 42 people don't respond to emails regarding queries, you might wait for a week to get a response. The car I'm currently renting gave me problems 30min after leaving the dealership and they were closing when I took the car. Took the car to a workshop to get it fixed and got it back but every week a different mechanical or electrical issue emerges. I complained about the car and even wanted to terminate my contract but I was promised that the car will be fixed. As I'm writing this review the car is at the workshop for 5th time and it's almost 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for it. Planet42 people don't even bother updating me about the car and they don't even respond to my emails
