Worse company to deal with

Please help we bought a car on October....gave us a problem first time we fetch, we stuck on our way....now it's been six times we taking a car back to planet42 car dealerships for service and repair..they didn't even do none ...the we started to connect straight to planet42 still no help.....tell us we have to for tow truck cause the vehicle is not on a road.....while benoni to where I stay it's on 25km....the car is dead it's been two months....still waiting for help

I now I'm not Planet42 account holder.....but here I'm helping my wife since you guys can't help her.....she called that so called planet42 towing they told us they can't help if they didn't get the permission from planet42 otherwise will pay for towing.....like seriously this car have been stuck in my house now for three months... giving us a problem from the first time we collected it... please guys terminate her contract so she can start over with a new contract from trusted dealers simple
