Why does Planet42 turn a blind eye.............?

Bought car 1 month ago - until now I have not received my license disk - however my permit has lapsed - and they did renew it (don't know how) cause as far as I know it can only be issued once. Tried calling - no success. Tried the WhatsApp line - gave me 3 different numbers - and none of them are responding to my text. I have not received any documentation from them as yet as well......No insurance documents, no contracts - nothing - but they take my premium. I had trouble with the car from the start. Did write a review on Hellopeter - but nothing !!!!!! How is it possible that nobody can help you ???

I have responded to the e.ails twice with no response.
I also gave alternative numbers to be contacted on.
Please respond ASAP - as this is getting out of hand ...
