Warranty not paying out.

Good Day.

Please see attached as I went to an RMI approved place and they have sent this to MVIA to pay for the damages on the vehicle.(Quotation amounts to R16852.10) I was told by Patrick I need to cover the rest.

I read through my contract with Planet 42 and it does mention that I have warranty will Planet 42.

The vehicle has been starting since end of Jan 2024 and I needed to get the vehicle running to get to to my work place and so forth. I then took this to another person in which I could pay it off and the vehicle is driving and i paid R2540 however the suspension is messed up.

I will not pay you guys at all until the vehicle is done and rest assured that this is a rental so I do not what to pay for this and then get the vehicle taken back to Planet 42 and then I lose all my money.

I dealt with a personal Nicholette from your fleet department and she is 1000% helpful and the rest do not know what is happening.

But until the vehicle goes in and driving like it suppose to be then I will not be paying anything as I has already paid so much money for this 2005 Honda Civic with ***km on it.

This vehicle is not safe for myself and Wife and 3 ear daughter to drive in

This basically goes to show that Planet 42 did not inspect the vehicle before I took delivery of it.
