Vukani for President..... Service Consultant extraordinaire

I would like to commend and express my utmost appreciation and gratitude for a young man by the name of Vukani Nkala. He is in the customer service department and if there is one person that understands what service means, it's Vukani. I was at the end of my tether and not getting any joy from countless emails and numerous frustrating phone calls, and then the heavens sent me a person to give all the resolution, reassurance and service i needed.
