Violation of popi

Had a car from your company and it was a bad decision ever because the car had oil issues and engine issues but that was a 2023 issue and the whole this was cancelled please explain to me why am i getting a ticket under my name for 27 october 2024, what kind of company does this still using my name under your car that a violation because i don’t have any business with your company, it means you guys don’t make sure that you remove clients personal information when the account is closed and what else are you doing under our names
