Very poor service

I have sent an email to planet 42 still no reply but they quick when it comes to debiting the monthly installment. I am paying for a warranty that cannot assist when I am in need and now stuck without a vehicle but I am paying for it. The below email was sent and still waiting for a response.

I am now irritated by the services we being offered. As much as I understand even repairing dealer's are not being paid for the services they have rendered by fixing our vehicles and now they want payment upfront before they can fix our vehicles, now I am having a vehicle that Is now stuck buy yet paying my full monthly installment for the vehicle that I cannot drive due to warranty issues.

@Planet42 I need services that was promised before I post again on hallo peter and Facebook. I am still waiting for my refund even today and it has been almost 2 months, what about getting the vehicle fixed? , The service provider has to wait for another coming 3 months to receive payment should the claim get approved meaning that the vehicle can only get repaired once payment is made and I will be paying full monthly installment for the vehicle that I can not drive.

Kindly get back to me as soon as possible. I am now without a vehicle and in need of it for work purpose, I cannot loose my job due to your guy's issues.
