Very bad service
I got a bmw e91 car have lots off faults i was told to take the car to a workshop and i must tell them all the faults the car is under warranty the car is there for a month nw there is no phone number you can phone only whatsapp everytime you whatsapp same old *** story we will contac you

- We have received confirmation that your warranty is still valid & active
- A follow up has been made with the Warranty provider this - however a definitive time line for an approval cannot be confirmed as Planet42 does not approve said claim
- In regards to the repairs we have made contact with workshop for possible ETA of repairs once approval has been obtained (please look for email in regards progression of claim & repairs)
